• The Rocky Mountain Package Price in 8x8 Double Rd. peeled Full log is $247,331 plus tax of $13,603 for a total of $260,934.
   
• Let's start with the building permit. $1,800 is pretty common, the price can range from $25 to $6,500.
   
• To dig and backfill your basement will cost about $4,000. If you are in rock or clay, it will be more. Tree removal will also be extra.
   
• Most concrete basements with footings and foundation for both the house and garage will be around $24,596. Drain tile will add more, if your lot requires it.
   
• This is a full log home example, but the interior partition walls still need wall coverings like knotty pine tongue and groove and drywall. Typical costs for this will vary depending on how much of each, but let's estimate $10,300.

• The general carpenter labor should cost $108,000.
