| Details: | The Brookside, by Golden Eagle Log Homes, has an open loft and a first floor with all the other rooms. The master bedroom suite wing has a walk-in closet, master bath, a powder room for guests, and a laundry room right off the kitchen. The dining room, Great Room, and master bedroom all have a deck and face the view, whether it is a brook or lake. We are showing this house with a walkout basement. The walkout wall, walkout windows and stone are not included, however, Golden Eagle Log Homes packages are the most complete in the industry. Every package we sell includes a wood burning fireplace with a peeled mantle as well as the stone, mesh, mortar and hearthstone. Does that mean you don’t have options? No. A customer has the option to choose the color and style. A customer also has the option to deduct any product they don’t want to purchase through us. Why do we include so much? Because we have listened to our customers, and some have told us they don’t have a lot of time to shop and source out every single product for their new home. It also makes it easier for our customers because they don’t have the hassle of getting these items to their jobsite, and then have the worry if something doesn’t fit. When we supply it, it is our responsibility, which means less stress for you. |
