The Eagle 3 Deluxe from Golden Eagle Log Homes is similar to our Eagle 3. We have added two bump-outs under the front dormers, on the front of the house. This helps to create an interesting detail on the outside, as well as making the rooms a little bigger on the inside. The other difference is the garage is on the Great Room end, eliminating the hallway between the bedrooms. The elimination of this hallway adds more room to the two first floor bedrooms. Golden Eagle Log Homes has many options to make your log home building process easier. The knotty pine tongue and groove on the inside, the interior knotty pine trim, the interior six-panel doors and the interior of the windows can all be ordered pre-finished. With pre-finishing, you get a nicer finish because it is stained in a dust-free shop and shipped to your house. Your builder will just need to touch up the ends of the tongue and groove trim with a sponge, lightly soaked with stain. Delivery to any jobsite within 5 hours driving distance of the Golden Eagle Log Homes headquarters are made with our own boom truck; for the convenience of our customer. Delivering the heavy logs, lumber, and shingles with our boom truck means you don't have to rent a forklift for the unloading of these items. Another delivery convenience we provide is to stage our deliveries. Other log home companies deliver all building materials with one delivery. In some cases, this could be as much as seven semi loads delivered all at one time. We send only one load at a time. This means you will have less damage to materials due to weather exposure.
